TRTV Browser Issues
suspect video performance
|
KFC-DESKTOP-02 Microsoft Edge
|
- Clunky - unusable for most things.
- CPU and GPU nearly pegged (99-100%) even when sitting on a "menu" page.
- Swipes/transitions are noticably slow and jerky.
- Audio, where relevant, is good, clear, not glitchy.
- Because the CPU/GPU is pegged the UI is almost non-responsive regardless of where on the site.
- Discovery of "hidden" features will be nearly impossible because of a lack of quick UI response.
- VLOG (Scrambled) plays audio only.
- No VLOG video except the default noise as seen when first opening that page.

- Smooth. Looks good.
- CPU/GPU usage reasonable, even good.
- UI is responsive making navigation much better.
- Audio is clear, not glitchy.
- VLOG content does not play at all.
- VLOG does nothing when clicking to play Scrambled, no audio, no video.

- The entire TRTV experience seems to work as expected.
- CPU/GPU usage is low.
- There are no significant delays when navigating, clicking on things.
- The only obvious delay was when starting the POD broadcast, and that was NOT a long delay.
- VLOG (Scrambled) started immediately when clicked.
- The VLOG Video looked good, smooth, audio was good, sync between audio and video seemed good.
- All "scrolling" and swipes are smooth and quick.
- Because the UI is more responsive when navigating some hidden features were stumbled on when making the Chrome video.
- I stumbled on moving the "eye" below Todd's face while making the video and could see that it does open other areas to explore.

- Seems to have made no difference at all.
- Full screen video capture, with audio.
- This is the user exerience on Windows 11 in Edge.
