Eventide EQ65 Bug

• Eventide EQ65 is not working when the Reaper Project is first opened.
• To get it to work, the effect UI must be opened.
• A control must be moved to set a new value.
• It will then start working.

• This video shows a soloed bass track that has an HF rolloff of about 2K.
• The effect is not rolling off the HF until the frequency knob is changed.
• The happens about 14 seconds into the video.
